Last Tuesday brought Payton's graduation from Pre-school. They had a very cute little ceremony where the students sang some songs, walked across the stage to get their diploma and a video presentation of all the kids, followed by a reception of punch and cupcakes. He will start kindergarten this August.

Saturday brought what most of us consider the official beginning of summer and perfect weather to do lots of things. Leah and I went to the Farmer's Market, whew what a crowd. Later in the day we set up the pool. We got it up correctly the first time (unlike last year when we started to fill it before we realized we had it inside out). The evening brought a nice cookout of steak, potato salad, cesear salad, baked beans, watermellon, grilled asparagus and grilled garlic bread. YUM! A campfire followed. A good start to the holiday weekend.
