The weekend started out good. Friday night was a perfect evening. The weather was finally gorgeous. I stayed with Caleb so Mike and Leah could have some time to themselves. Caleb enjoyed his swing while I played fetch with Hunter. Then we went for a short walk and then to the pond to watch Hunter play fetch in the water. Back to the swing and finally inside for some supper. He fell asleep and 10 minutes later Mom and Dad came home.

Saturday, I got some much needed shopping done and then a trip to Webster City to watch Mallory in her dance recital. Brings back memories of going to the Civic Center to watch Amy and Laura dance. It was another beautiful day to drive but the road construction has already started and I only had 10 minutes to spare in making it to the recital on time. Ice Cream afterwards and then back home.

Today I mowed at the farm after my Sunday afternoon nap. It sure is chilly today. I miss the sun again.
